Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

1.1 Advance bookings only

1.2 Airports and Ferry Port Transfers – Please ensure you leave plenty of time for the security and check-in times required by your airline/ferry and for any delays caused by traffic. Teresa’s Travel will not be held responsible for any delay caused by a failure to allow enough time to reach your destination, or if passengers are not ready at the agreed time.

1.3 Luggage – Please ensure you do not bring excessive luggage as Teresa’s Travel cannot guarantee to transport it.

1.4 Passengers – Please ensure there are no more than 3 passengers.

1.5 Right of Refusal – Teresa’s Travel reserves the right to refuse to carry any person or objects that the driver deems likely to cause them or the vehicle harm or damage.

2. Payment

2.1 On receipt of quotation payment is expected in full within 7days.

2.2 Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refunds 

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing to info@teresastravel.co.uk

3.2· If made more than 14 days before your journey you will be entitled to a full refund

· If made within 14-7 days before your journey you will be entitled to 75% of your booking value refunded

· If made within 7-3 days before your journey you will be entitled to 50% of your booking value refunded

· If made 48 hours before or on the day of your journey you will not be entitled to any refund.

· Refunds will be given as bank transfer to the original account holder who made the booking within 5 working days.

4. Vehicles

4.1 No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the cars

4.2 No Alcohol or Drugs are permitted in the cars

4.3 Cars are not equipped to carry passengers in fully opened wheel chairs

4.4 Damage caused to the vehicle as a result of passengers will incur an additional charge for professional valeting or cost of relevant repairs.
